McKenzie Health System is pleased to welcome Steve Barnett, President/CEO, to present on “Health Care Trends” at the DecemberLunch and Learn workshop, scheduled for Wednesday, December 17, 2014, from Noon to 1 p.m., in the McKenzie Health System Dining Room, 120 Delaware St., Sandusky. Lunch and Learn is a community education series held every third Wednesday of the month. The cost for the workshops is $5, and lunch is included in the price. “At the workshop, Mr. Barnett will highlight the national award McKenzie Health System recently received from the National Rural Health Resource Center in recognition of the innovative way McKenzie delivers health care in our rural community”, explains Louise Blasius, McKenzie Health System Social Worker.
“Health care delivered in rural communities is affordable, high quality, and necessary to the good health of the entire community,” explains Barnett. “Together, our staff is demonstrating that we are providing the very best in medical care. I hope people come to the December 17 Lunch and Learn to discover more about the unique ways McKenzie is providing excellent health care to area residents.”
