The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) works to improve the health of low-income elderly people at least 60 years of age by supplementing their diets with nutritious USDA foods. It provides food and administrative funds to States to supplement the diets of these individuals. You must have a card to pick up food. TPAAN is the program to prevent adult abuse and neglect, it was designed by PHI Midwest and uses person-centered thinking concepts and communication strategies to reduce the potential of abuse and neglect.  It is designed for people who provide services to older adults, or who assist with activities of daily living in the home and community.
